Enrollment Options
For processing expediency, primarily aimed toward reducing long lines on the first Saturday of classes, enrollment via this website is encouraged. However, there will still be paper enrollment forms available at the school or upon request.
OPTION #1:
Submit an Online Enrollment Form
Make payment by check / money Order
Tuition and fees in the form of a check or money order can be either:
- Preferred: Mailed to the TSGS treasurer within five business days following submission of the online form (Kirsten Auch, Treasurer TSGAS, 138 Tremont Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075) OR,
- If necessary: Brought to school and given to school administration in the registration area on first day of class.
There is a selection box in the last section of the online enrollment form to indicate which of these options you are choosing, along with mailing information.
OPTION #2:
Submitting An Online Enrollment Form
Making Payment Via PayPal
Tuition and fees will be processed immediately upon submission of the form per the third-party PayPal provider’s normal processing schedule and protocol. Note that if this option is selected, a $5 per student additional fee will be charged to recover fees charged to us by PayPal.
OPTION #3:
Filling Out Paper Enrollment Form
Making Payment By Check / Money Order
This option takes place in person on the first day of class. Unless other arrangements are made in advance with school administration, tuition and fees are payable immediately and in full by check or money order, and given to school administration upon completion and submission of the form at the registration desks.
Discounts
TSGS offers discounts for Fairview Families of 50% off full-year yuition for adults and children.
For TSGS instructions, TSGS currently provides a tuition discount of $50 per class for spouses (tuition is $140) and reduced tuition for each child of $50. Only applicable to full-term tuition, these discounts are automatically applied via an applicable checkbox on the online enrollment forms or as a notation on the paper forms.
Refunds
Upon written request, during the first four weeks of the school year, one half of the tuition will be refunded.
